Yes to everything! To add…I see someone else mentioned this but I’ll second this for emphasis… BRING COMFY BROKEN IN WALKING SHOES. I’ve never walked so much in my life! Totally worth it but it took a month after getting back home before the phantom foot pains stopped. And bring some foot recovery patches or get some from there, maybe from Don Quijote.
