The jury of nine women and three men deliberated about 3 1/2 hours on Monday and 6 1/2 hours on Friday. Great, thank you," said Sullivan, who presides in Plymouth County Superior Court. Clancy, who recently turned 36, was on maternity leave from her job as a labor and delivery nurse when she killed her children. She is charged with three counts of murder. Jurors can consider manslaughter as a lesser included offense to murder. Her case involves serious mental health issues and could distress people.
