@livinglavishkaressa: I wasn’t planning on getting emotional while making a cake, but here we are. 🤍 My grandma passed away Sunday, and she loved to cook and bake. This mixing bowl is one she gave me, and today I found myself standing in the kitchen using it to make a Dolly cake. With the “ber” months here, everything already feels a little more nostalgic. The holidays, the baking, the family traditions, gathering in the kitchen… so many little things that will always remind me of her. I know she’s in Heaven, and I know she’d probably be in the kitchen with me, telling me what I’m doing wrong. 😂🤍 So I’ll keep baking, keep making memories, and keep using the things she gave me.
