collect enough water now that can take u for 2 weeks, then close all your water valves and tap, note down current reading after collecting water, then after 2 weeks read off that value u will find on the meter if it's different from the one u noted before, just know someone taps on your water line without your notice. if it's the same reading, then call NWSC and ask them to give the current bill for those 2 weeks, it should be zero if the meter is okay
