1) These girls aren’t “choosing” to leave or be on hiatus. Their contracts are akin the very strict kpop ones. Saying any of them are just “deciding” to take a break or take a day off is not realistic in the slightest. 2) Her name is pronounced meh-no (Manon). It should sound French when you say it.
