Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 lb hot Italian sausage 1 small onion 3 garlic cloves 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 jar marinara sauce 4 cups unsalted beef broth 8 lasagna noodles Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt + pepper ½ cup heavy cream ½ cup ricotta ½ cup Parmesan Mozzarella Cilantro or parsley Directions: Brown the beef + sausage with onion and garlic. Add tomato paste, marinara, broth and seasonings. Add broken lasagna noodles and simmer until tender.
