But instead of asking it what business I should start, I added this: "Don't give me an answer yet. Interview me ONE question at a time about my skills, work experience, interests, available time, budget and income goals. Once you actually understand me, recommend the simplest online business I could realistically build. Tell me what to sell or promote, who I'd sell it to, how I'd find those people and what I should focus on for the next 90 days. Don't give me 20 ideas. Help me pick ONE and walk me through it." That's when the conversation got a whole lot more useful. Because Claude stopped guessing. It started asking about what I already knew, what I actually had time for and what kind of business I'd even want to run. And that's something I've learned using AI... If you give it a vague question, you'll usually get a vague answer. Give it your actual situation and make it ask questions first... and you get something completely different.
