You answered your own question, you maybe need to slow down and seem to be burning out a bit!! Maybe you need a few days rest. I think with social media being a 24/7 thing our brains don’t seem to switch off as such 🥰

I’ve had the worst month. I blame it on the eclipses (solar and moon), full moon and all those. It’s been an intense few weeks of all these things and it honestly affects us so much! More so women, I’d say.
