I love how you noticed that your movement was less than you thought! This is why accurate tracking is so important!!!

So if I’m averaging 7500 steps a day but I lift for 45 mins to an hour 4 days a week with 20-30 mins of walking after each workout, am I moderate or still light?

I also need your help on this. I do home strength training (around 25 mins) 4 times a day and walk 10k (or sometimes 13k) steps everyday. Do you consider this moderate activity/exercise? tyia 😊

I can't figure out what to select because I work in HVAC where I'm only sitting down when I'm driving between jobs and other than that I'm lifting my 40 lb tool bag walking up and down flights of stairs, in and out And all about the client's property working on their HVAC systems. Also carrying a ladder in and out of clients homes climbing up and down the ladder. I feel like there needs to be between a light and moderate

It's already proven that those watches are making mistakes in counting steps if you want the most accurate count you need a pedometer.

Just put sedetary and go from there. Most people under report their calories anyway. If you are working out heavily or are an athlete you already probably don't need this video, as it's not an accident you are at that level. Like ups I go to the gym every day but don't know tdee said no one ever unless bean souping to prove a point.
