S’mores Brownies 🤎🍫✨ Ingredients Brownie: 170g unsalted butter, melted 200g granulated sugar 100g brown sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 50–60g cocoa powder 110g all-purpose flour ½ tsp salt milk chocolate chunks or chocolate chips ( as mush as u like ) S’mores Topping 150–200g marshmallows 100g milk chocolate, chopped 3–4 digestive biscuits or graham crackers, broken into pieces Instructions Preheat your oven to 175°C and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper Whisk the melted butter with both sugars until smooth then add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt and fold gently until there are no dry spots then mix in the chocolate chips Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is still slightly fudgy Take it out of the oven and add the marshmallows. Put it back in the oven for 3–5 minutes until the marshmallows are soft and golden Add chopped milk chocolate, and biscuit pieces on top. Enjoy✨ #baking #chocolate #brownies #smores #recipes
