@thesunnahguy: The older I get, the more I realise how rare genuine male friendship actually is. You can know hundreds of people... And still have very few men you can genuinely call when life gets difficult. Men who tell you the truth when you’re slipping. Who notice when you disappear. Who raise your standards. Who remind you of Allah. And who genuinely want to see you become a better man. As men get older, these relationships become harder to find. Marriage, children, careers and responsibilities take over, and slowly we convince ourselves that we’re supposed to figure everything out alone. We’re not. The Prophet ﷺ said: “A person is upon the religion of his close friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends.” (Sunan Abi Dawud 4833; Jami’ al-Tirmidhi 2378) Your circle matters. And far too many men have just accepted that isolation is the way they will live the rest of their lives. But this is not the way we are supposed to live. And so I've decided to create something that will help men who are isolated and want that positive, powerful and sincere brotherhood and friendship. We are creating the first ever, global brotherhood for Muslim men. A place for Muslim men around the world to find good brothers, grow together and stop trying to build their lives alone.
