It doesn't happen at home but happened in my office. I was a college professor and worked in an old building on campus built in 1865 and it had been completely renovated and modernized. My office was on the top floor that used to be an attic. I'd be working at my desk with the door closed and would often feel two people standing behind me, as if watching with curiosity what I was doing. The first time I felt them I freaked and just froze. But after that, when they showed up, I'd talk to them and tell them what I was doing. There was no campus folklore about ghosts in my building, as there were with others, but I knew they were there. When I retired, I said goodbye before I left. ๐ฅฐ

Almost every single time that Iโm doing dishes, I will feel the presence come up behind me. They poke me they pull my hair they whispered in my ear.

my guides , my uncle and what ever else I have around me. when they start to annoy me get me mad on purpose I'll hear the doors creak, and like someones walking around I tell them not today not in mood for your bs ๐คฃ
