As much as I want to believe in hollow earth I think it’s more likely we live in a secluded area of a bigger earth, surrounded by the ice wall. So he would have flown through essentially a tunnel going through to the other side of the wall. I don’t believe this to be true but as far as I know it could be and I love to speculate lol
