im also 23 and overall pretty healthy. its not worth paying for insurance if u never go to the doctor and r pretty healthy. u can apply for medicaid in ur state and see if theyll accept it. otherwise theres programs set in place to greatly reduce ur out of pocket costs when needing medical services. it sucks honestly.
