Bought my first home in the Bay Area at 25. Second at 30 and 3rd home 4 months ago. My parents just bought their first home when I was 34. I just refused to live like my parents. Now I’m worried they will drain me as they age. Shits exhausting!

my parents bought a couple homes and lost their last one in 2008 and could never actually afford to buy another since then .. as a 25 yr old today, I just got the ball rolling on buying my first single family home in las vegas and boom the rates go up to 7.5% .. and now my purchasing power prices me out of the ONLY area I want to purchase in. terrible.

I bough acreage at 22 and first house at 24 with no help from anyone 😂N.A. graduated college in 4.5 years . U don’t need ur parents money or consigned if you wiirk beginning at 16! And actually save money

I didn’t have strict parents at all and still had discernment and financially literacy better than most of my family. I didn’t drink nor do drugs, most of my family made terrible decisions and I’m the one who did the complete opposite of what I seen growing up
