has anyone seen him carrying riffle and vest and tactical gear just for fishing? yeah, thats is unusual thing for fishing. unless he is trying to draw attention and view. altho, technically he is innocent, but from common public view, that can be seen as unusual for a normal law abiding citizen. initially people will mislead with group of police bullying a person on their point of view. but no one see him carrying ar15 riffle, tactical gear and vest, since its POV. I Stand with police on this matter. public safety is our first priority. i dont blame police for asking all of this.

I think the wildlife officer is wrong here. you have to press back on rightful law enforcement and you have to make it known that they are violating your rights, right then and there for proof when/if you do go to court. otherwise a judge could just dismiss it because you didn't try to uphold your rights.
