As a kindergarten teacher, PLEASE get your baby a lunch box that keeps her food hot. We Are NOT Microwaving Food for Kids!! We BARELY have enough time to HOOOVER our own food before its time to pick them back up.

And I would be the teacher who wouldn’t be bothered by heating this baby lunch. It’s not like every student would need the microwave. Yall are mad because she cooked her child a good lunch. Smh

Them comments talkin about the teacher won’t heat up a lunch and all that is crazy. I remember I told my ma I wanted to pack my own lunch and I brought cup noodles and a teacher who wasn’t even lover me was like ‘here baby lemme show you how to do it’ dang some schools treat the kids nicely lol

That’s a lot to ask a teacher to heat up your kids’ food for you. It’s the one time of the day that they’re not focused on your kids.

I’m a kindergarten and although I’d love to warm up a student’s lunch we only get 25 minutes for lunch. During that 25 minutes I’m responsible for making sure all students get to and from the lunch room, all students get a lunch, not to mention the numerous amount of containers you have to open and then heating up my own lunch. Even if the teacher is doing it, it’s kinda unfair to expect it. Imagine if 5 students need to heat their lunches up, that takes away from the teacher.

The school I work for, doesn’t allow us to microwave any food due to possible hotspots on food. I am surprised her teacher is allowed to, I would urge you to consider getting her an electric lunchbox to keep the teacher from getting trouble if anything was to happen.

If she’s making a hot lunch/ something that needs to be heated up, obviously she know that the teachers are able to microwave the food
