OSHA regulations were literally written in the blood of blue collar workers. They are there for a reason. Every person that is gonna walk into a job site should have a minimum of OSHA 10 certification

This mechanic is foremost certified. Caterpillar doesn't just hire anyone. I have 29 years as a Senior mechanic and this repair has gone wrong! Field technicians are not put on a truck without experience. It's a liability. Condolences to his families lost! 🙏
