Mrs got spiked and I had to walk her out of the arena. I got no help from staff all they did was drive her 5 mins to a welfare tent in a buggy where she got sat down and left with not even a glass of water and freezing for 30-45 mins. I tried to find the welfare tent but wasn’t even given directions but I asked random people and ended up getting there after 30-45 mins. When I got there She was crying and so upset not even knowing where she was. ALSO it was raining heavily (Sunday night) and she said she felt like she was drowning on the buggy to the welfare tent obviously she wasnt drowning but she was spiked and didn’t know what was going on. THEN I had to walk 30-40 mjns too white camp and get my belongings like clothes and personal stuff. I asked got a buggy to help but they said no we can’t do that? So I had to leave everything there apart from clothes and important stuff. Then I walked all the way back to the welfare tent but it was even wetter now and muddy so it took me 40-45 mins I’d say. I got to the welfare tent and my Mrs wasn’t there? She has walked out the tent unnoticed by the paramedics and nurse people in there. Anyways basically when I got there I asked if she was there and they said yes we will get her and then they left me to stand there for 5-10 mins just to say she’s not here and we can’t help you??? Then I looked for her for about 45 mins…alsooo she had 0% just to mention. I then filed a missing person report to a manager tent and they were helpful trying to find her but I ended up finding her through her last location on live 360. ALSO some little bits to mention my Mrs who was spiked when she walked out the tent she called me to say she’s out the tent which I forgot but I thought she’d go back to it after 10-15 mins. Buttt she actually fell into mud coming out the welfare tent and no one helped her all these people started laughing - genuinely worst festival ever - sound system was so bad everywhere in the festival - workers were unhelpful - some of the people there were weird. Just want to get my point across as I payed £360 for this 😳
