So there’s hope? Smells trigger my migraines! I’ve called so many rhinoplasty plastic surgeons asking if they can take my sense of smell away but cutting something. I don’t leave the house anymore because it’s so bad.

I have a high sensitivity to the smell of metals, especially dirty metals. I've even had parts of my skin turn orange from showering in well water that had a lot of iron in it at a vacation rental, but none of my friends turned orange that week. And I just found out I may have iron overload from a chronic GBS study that I've been involved with since 2017 at MGH Boston.

That is the last thing came into my health symptoms. I already have Dermatomyositis, Lupus, Overlap syndrome, EDS, POTS, and now we are working me up for MCAS and the medicine does help but I have break through flaring. It’s the hardest symptoms and people around me are going crazy from me having so many problems and I can’t handle being around them if they have scents n them. They don’t want to do what I’d need to survive because they don’t understand. I feel I’m going to keep being exposed and having reactions that I can’t get away from. I can’t control other people. I will say between the new chromolyn sodium and ceterizine and femodadine anf I also did a pre pro and post biotic. I’m not sure which route but for a while it helped all my symptoms even hair loss and crazy flushing and sweats and asthma symptoms and more and the bug change is I’m actually sleeping for the first time most nights. For 6-10 years I would only get 1 night in a month of sleep tjat I actually got into deep sleep to not remember all night long. This sounds like what you’re talking about. Yet, I started a new supplement beef liver and it brought it back very fast an all my symptoms are back but thankfully I’m still sleeping and I’m still regular with bathroom habits. Before this I had constipation all my life. I stopped and it seemed to start to alleviate the symptoms and I was starting to get back some control but not all. I wanted to be healthy and get omega 3 and fiber so I started Nello drink mixes and organic ground flaxseed and I flaired back again. It’s a never ending battle. At least we found some ways to see things that can help. I want to know if there is a prescription gut health medication that will help like the Aloura flora pre pro and post biotic gut health by Tryquetra. I think the mixture helped but I can’t afford it all the time. It would be helpful if insurance could cover because I spend a lot of money on my health issues. It adds up. I’m tired and brain fog and it’s hard. I took this brain health frim Dr Amen for a while and I think it may have had a part of me feeling better for a while and I’m out of that. It’s so complex and complicated.have bad phlegm exercising

I have hashimotos, nothing helped, a GLP1 worked for a while but now nothing works. My primary care doctor wants to add a fibromyalgia diagnosis and I feel lost.

I ate kashi cereal mini wheats, omg, I bloated like a balloon, I think it physically damaged the gut since it has insoluble fiber. No more chicory, no more wheat

I know thats a lot and hard to follow but that only just the latest piece to this puzzle that I been dealing with for 26 years and 21 years since i got t mono and I never recovered. I kept getting activated Mono over and over for about six years or more and they didn’t do anything. Anything to treat me. They just said there’s nothing to do and I just suffered and got sicker and sicker and I started getting symptoms of weakness and I couldn’t walk up and down my stairs, rashes sweating, joint pain so sick in every way it was horrible and nobody knew what was wrong with me besides, they just kept saying it’s mono and they don’t know why it just kept getting it again and again during that time I don’t think I had a positive ANA so they wouldn’t accept me and rheumatology but after I started getting ptosis 10 years later, my doctor thought maybe I had myasthenia gravis he already thought Lupus before, but they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have the testing at the time well finally after many many years, I got into rheumatology and was diagnosed knowing that I had EDS I was born with that and I believe that that was the opening for the environmental mono to come in and cause all the inflammation, causing all the destruction in my body and it was untreated so it just kept getting worse and worse and now it’s very hard to control because it was so many years without without any help well now I have a list of diagnosis a very, very long one. I said a few and that’s just barely covering it and it does make sense but now that I have this newer thing going on, I’m wondering about my gut health gut and if that’s the cause of MCAS and how can fix it. Eds makes me prone already to leaky valves and stretching all in my body. I don’t just want to put a bandage on this. I want root cause so I can work at real healing. Immense suppression Azathioprine ,Hyzentra, Benlysta , Medrol are not goid for me but they are helping maintain. Oh I forgot to say occular MG and secondary Sjogrens which we just treated the overlap and that kinda gets me ignored but I had some neurological symptoms and I believe the leaky gut and Dysautonomia or Sjogrens and small fiber neuropathy might ?
