It doesn’t matter how much oxtail is expensive, the moral of the story they need to be transparent. If you’re gonna sell kangaroo tail, then let the public know. don’t label it as oxtail.. better to be honest then lie to the public. If people are paying and wanting oxtails. That’s what they want.
