@maxmedyk: First in the country: a roundtable that will help shape the next generation of solutions to help young people get jobs. Early this year, we embarked on an ambitious mission: to find solutions for youth unemployment in the era of Al. To achieve this, data alone was not enough. We needed all sides of the equation - government, industry, Al companies, and HR experts and, obviously, job seekers. The challenge? A. It's difficult to have all of them together in the same room at the same time. B. It's hard to have a decent workgroup over Zoom. So 1 knew it would be quite a logistical operation - an in-person national roundtable with leaders in their respective sectors. Yet, here we are... I won't lie, seeing it come to life makes me very proud of my great team and their determination to make this come true. I couldn't be more grateful for the past and future participants' time and their invaluable contributions to this think tank that will establish a foundation to solutions.
