I was looking at getting a sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary lense for my daughters camera for weddings what do you advise?

Nana Yaw :

85mm for Portrait any given day

Nick Williams :

Wish this was a Sigma 50-100mm f1.8 vs the canon prime I’m torn between the 85 prime and the 135prime but I have zoom lenses that cover both of them

Amber♠️ :

I have the EOS r100 and the 50mm but dying to have the 85mm

I'm not very familiar with Sigma lenses, but the Canon 85mm f/1.8 USM can't really be classified as a "prime." That designation would apply to the Canon USM IS 85 mm 1:1,4 L

Micky :

I have canon 5D mark III with 85 1:8

Dhuc _19⏳|🇭🇹 :
