dlss 5 isnt even that efficient, it halves your fps and puts a weird filter on everything. i think we should appreciate when games like gta 6, arkham knight and cyberpunk put in the effort to make great looking games that will hold up for the next few years. like everything else that ai has replaced, dlss 5 is just a cheap shortcut to justify cutting costs and maximizing profit

dlss 5 is horrible technology and drops fps by literally less than half. it's ai slop too, sure 1 - 2 titles will look good but overall horrible technology especially tanking the fps that far

its gonna lead to games being too graphically expensive to run for anybody and then theyre gonna make gaming all cloud and subscription based. the expansion of all the data centers will give them all the reason they need to make that change
