I'm hyped for the series but I don't think it's going to surpass them.They were too legendaries to be surpassed but I'm hyped for the series too.The sadly part is that some legendary parts of the movies won't be at the series like for example the final voice line that harry says to Hermione before entering to the Hogwarts express at the first movie

Things they got wrong already. The students are not wearing hats, snape is black, we've never seen ron get his hogwart letter, A pillowfight,..... really?, al kinds of stuff that doesn't happen in the books, and that only from a 2 minute trailer.
