@justinfreakin: Man Fights To Clear Name After Being Accused Of Throwing Kittens From A Moving Car (WBRC) - Prosecutors have dropped all charges against Thomas Ronald Liccione, the 21-year old Homewood Police arrested on May 30 and charged with allegedly throwing kittens out of an SUV on I-65. “Upon further investigation by the Homewood Police Department and the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, it has been determined that there is no longer sufficient probable cause to believe Thomas Liccione is guilty of the charged offense,” said Deputy District Attorney Shawn Allen in a motion to dismiss filed Friday, June 12, and approved by Judge William Bell, Jr. Homewood Police say they received multiple calls at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 30 regarding a person throwing kittens out of their car on I-65 near Lakeshore Drive. Officials say multiple witnesses reported seeing the driver of the vehicle throw five kittens out of the window. Police say all five kittens were struck and killed by other vehicles on the interstate. Officers arrested Liccione after responding to the scene and conducting a traffic stop. WBRC has attempted to reach Homewood Police for comment. #truecrime #news #kittens
