I genuinely lose easily 4x that amount 😭 have to unclog the drain every shower damn near. All my labs are normal, but I’m not bald yet so who knows

I loose this every shower I’ve been through several rounds of TE so I don’t even know what is normal anymore. I count sometimes becasue I’m crazy and it’s usually 100-120 and I wash every other day. I know I’m not helpful but we are in the same boat

do you wear your hair up a lot? if so your hair just doesn’t have the proper environment to shed so it looks like more hair is coming out than normal. so like multiple days of shedding coming out at once if that makes sense lol

shedding like this is completely normal especially if your brushing your hair before a shower most people on tt will try and diagnose you with something crazy, unless it gets worse and you notice actual patches of missing hair then i would be concerned! and your hormones can cause more hair loss ❤️
