I stopped taking mine after my A1C got down to 5.4. I haven’t gained weight back and my A1c is still down. I used it to do what it needed and changed my lifestyle so I didn’t need to be on it anymore.

I went to 2 different doctors trying to figure out why I was having headaches. They couldn’t figure out my cause. Talked to a chiropractor and he said to give him a twice a week for 6 weeks. If I didn’t have a change in that time, don’t come back. Guess what, 4 weeks and headaches started getting better. 6 weeks, gone. He told me to come back quarterly for maintenance.
