My schools exams are written by the teachers. Each exam is written by 3 different teachers and their questions will be on the topic they lectured on.

they in fact do do this! i went to a larger school in the DMV & my foundations prof used test bank questions. my patho prof did not. in my first semester at another school in a diff state my health assessment & foundations profs used test bank questions as well.

One thing Ive learned about nursing schools they do not set you up for success. My school uses ATI however they don’t supply ATI test bank called dynamic quizzes or board vitals 🤦🏽♀️. So how do we learn to answer this style of questions?

I am a nursing educator…why in the WORLD would you share this? Would you want a nurse caring for you that cheated their way to the NCLEX? It’s not completely true for most schools by the way.

Yea that’s academic dishonesty. And it always gets back to the school, people can’t keep their mouths shut. Why on earth would you promote this information. Pretty sure you’d want your nurse to be able to answer them on their own. This is also why we write our own questions. I also always edit the questions even if they came from a bank.

Nursing students: before you take an exam make sure to actually study and learn the content and don’t just memorize test question!!! You are doing yourself and your future patients a disservice if you follow this advice!!
