It isn’t even about if she did it or not. It’s if she was sane or not whilst doing it. Her own lawyer stated that she did it 🙃

Forcing people into a decision seems so unethical.. say they get fed up and just give in, how's that even right? 😳

The fact the judge is asking them to change their mind! They have said twice they are deadlocked! So for me its so wrong the judge is now forcing them. Clearly there is reasonale doubt! xx

Why can’t they just go with a majority vote? I get there is 5 different outcomes but if we knew it was say 10 not guilty and 2 guilty 1st degree etc they should surely be able to accept a majority x

You are making incorrect assumptions; the debate might be about innocence or guilt, as you said, but it could equally be about whether it's murder in the first degree or second degree. Or everyone might agree she did it but cannot decide on the criminal responsibility aspect! All would be a hung jury, but in two of the three scenarios, they agree She did it!

As a new mother who had postpartum depression, anxiety and psychosis. I genuinely feel for her. She was let down by care providers and her husband. It’s a tough one but the bottom line is, if she received the correct medical care and intervention (like I did) she wouldn’t be where she is now. Trust me

Part of the reason. :
Because in the U.K. we have a much more common sense system. If we can’t get a unanimous verdict, the judge will accept a majority ( if 10 or more of the 12 agree) thank god we don’t have their same ridiculous rule of all 12 agreeing!!

You don’t know what they’re hung on, it might not even be guilty or not guilty! Could be the first degree / manslaughter charge. They have 5 aspects. You’ll never know which. Also you dunno how many are swayed one way . For example could be 11 jurors to only 1 person disagreeing.

What do you mean she didn’t do it? You do realise that that’s not what’s being trialled here?

The Jury is deciding on whether she was suffering from a psychotic episode when she killed the children ie she had no control over her action or that she was sane and knew exactly what she was doing. The outcome of the trial is either hospital or prison. A Jury has to arrive at a decision - not being able to make a decision isn’t a verdict because that leaves Lindsay in a legal limbo.

It’s important to note that neither reddington nor lindsey is denying she committed the crime, she did it, what’s up for debate is was it deliberate or psychosis. The conspiracies need to stop about this case, if she is innocent defence would’ve given proof after 3 years which they have not.

It's a criminal responsibility trial She's admitted she done it and the prosecution have charged her with 3 counts of murder in the 1st degree that's what she's fighting against she's saying her mental health was a a factor in her killing her kids

There ain't resonable doubt that she ain't done it, there's no doubt she's done it 😂 The charges on whether she was sane when she did it. Some say yes some say no. Doesn't mean the whole thing gets chucked out.
