I'm sorry, but you're a news agency and should have the facts straight. Bargaining hasn't started because the terms of the central table couldn't be agreed upon, with the government wanting to move traditionally local items to the central table. The disputed items have been sent to arbitration. Actual bargaining can't start until we get a ruling. It's disingenuous to say we are demanding anything because we haven't had a change to ask for anything yet.
