Your 50% wrong you never put your property values or anything on an LLC. The LLC is just to protect your self so when someone try’s to sues you, they only sue the company not yourself so you never tie anything to your LLC just vehicles stuff like that but never your assets your properties never

create a LLC where you are the owner under a company name. put all assets in a irrevocable trust making your LLC the trustee and beneficiary. irrevocable trust protects your assets from Medicare so you don't lose your house and assets when you draw Medicare.

The IRS makes it a soul proprietorship meaning if you do it as an LLC you have to have more than one person running said LLC or it won’t work as a llc
