There is literally NO evidence that shows she did this

Acquittal is the only way this should go. Then a fair and thorough investigation needs to take place

There’s not enough evidence to convict her. It’s all hearsay

He’s basically telling them to vote not guilty bc he knows there’s not enough evidence to support any type of guilty verdict. He’s trying to tell them hey look. The fact you can’t say for certain guilty- means not guilty. And there’s only one option to pick. So go back and pick it.

Whatever side you’re on, Red clearly poked holes in the prosecution’s case. There is reasonable doubt!

“Absolute certainty cannot be attained nor can it be expected” what happened to beyond reasonable doubt? If the prosecutor hasn’t shown absolute certainty then she must be acquitted.

In my state in Aus, people pleading not guilty by reason of insanity go to a mental health court. The decision is made by a judge with two psychiatrists advising them. Seems like a jury is incapable of understanding the intricacies of a mental health ruling. They are not mental health experts. It makes sense they can’t come to a definitive conclusion.

This shouldn’t be allowed. This is forcing them to change their mind because it’s ‘convenient’ and will save everyone time. Sorry, not unanimous twice means reasonable doubt. Move on!!

Lack of evidence. I was not convinced at all that she did this. Way too much reasonable doubt 🧐

She’s done her time. She was a prisoner in her own hell for last 3 years and beyond for a crime she didn’t commit but was a victim of. This is literally the most heartbreaking case Ive ever seen.

Kudos to the jury members who clearly see that the state did not prove their claims for standing their ground!!!!!

She must be acquitted & then a real investigation done by the FBI so all evidence is actually investigated & documented.
