Was in Groningen, Amersfoort, den Haag, Utrecht and Delft in August. All beautiful cities. This is Utrecht with its typical canal “werfkelders” which translates to wharf-cellars.

I loved Delft, so much. I also really liked Den Haag. Zwolle is cute and slept on. Alkmaar is lovely but not as easy to get to. I still want to go south to Maastricht, and Giethoorn is on my list, too. 🇳🇱

I did Amsterdam to den Haag with a day trip to delft and then Brussels with a day trip to Ghent. What a trip!!!
