@daniellelowy: The 3 questions to identify your niche #1) is there something about the characteristics of the market you serve that create this problem? (Market Constraint) #2 has reaching a particular point in their journey created this problem? (Stage Constaint) #3 is the mechanics of structure of how something operates creating the problem? (Model Constraint)
I watched this maybe 6 times. Do I understand this correctly? I’m already in a market niche, and I’m further marketing around stage to the same customers as they go through their journey, but model is not so much of a factor for B2C. Does that sound right or do I need to stack all 3 to maximize this?

Great video! At the very last point is the way that they’re operating creating the problem. I thought the model was our business model.

Interesting. I am wondering if the problem can span a bit of all three? I feel like I may have a primary problem in one and secondary/tertiary problems in the other two. Or is this keeping me not niched as specifically as I could be?
