Misinfo post, most of the foundation for Disney mandalorians came before they bought Lucasfilm. They had already retconned/ignored old EU stuff, and the Clone Warslais the groundwork for a dimilarised, non-martial Mandaloroan culture. Disney isn't to blame on this one, they just followed the George/Filoni established canon.

"Disney ruined Mandalorians!" Except most of the changes that were made to their ways were done in the Clone Wars before Disney purchased Lucasfilm. So really George Lucas and Dave Filoni "ruined" the Mandalorians.
