Kyle DeFrancis :

Should be $270,000

Kingfisher12 :

over priced and in an hoa.... no thanks.

:

Utahs housing market is completely fucked. Over a half a million dollars and you have no yard, you have to be in an hoa, you can’t park a trailer on your property cause there is no room. My truck wouldn’t even fit in the driveway. It’s so shitty here and I’m saying that as a local, Idk why it is how it is but it’s stupid and it can’t continue on like it is.

wheelsfromwalter :

That’s sad

kim murray :

it's in anHOA and the houses are so close to each other you can stick your arm out the window and touch the house next door.

Lady_Di🤠💋🇲🇽 :

For that price tag I don’t want my neighbors that close😩.

RideBurton :

And no yard to go with a tiny home. No thanks

IrieGirl✌🏻 :

With two HOA fees

kenrapetersonlol :

What about the 400 dollar HOA fee?

Joey :

Holy God why are we putting up with this!

Employee#1234 :

Monthly mortgage payment: $2,800. Monthly HOA fees: $700

notmygoat3 :

These ragebait toks are great

Faze :

how much is the hoa fee?

Lane Jarvis601 :

🤣 this Crazy

Jack.P :

HOA’s would have to pay me at least $1,000 monthly, before I’d consider putting up with their BS.

Motoxj33❌ :

Laughs in Murray on 3/4 acre.

LiLred :

that used to cost 225,000

Beau Trades :

wow!! amazing!

❌woody❌ :

Heck no. Who wants to live in a place like that? Neighbors two ft away? Day break is disgusting 🤢

Holly S. :

Nah… if I’m gonna stay in South Jordan I’m staying away from daybreak. Houses are too damn expensive and too close. I’ll stay on my side close to Sandy/draper. Thaaaaaanks lol
