I don’t think people understand the severity of this case . This is not casual at all . Lindsay is being charged with the greatest crime a living human being can commit . A mistrial will be horrible for Lindsay . I hope the jury makes a decision soon . At this point maybe any decision might be better then none . If the commonwealth gets another chance , it won’t be great

If they declare a miss trial and do another trial. Wouldn’t it be nearly impossible to find a non biased jury. Especially given the media coverage of this high stakes trial ?

I don’t see this EVER being a guilty verdict… you can’t undo the reasonable doubt… and NOW with the world wide coverage of this.. how do you find impartial jurors?

How can the Massachusetts taxpayers be ok with this? First Karen Read trials and now this. Serious question. Please someone from Massachusetts explain how he’s running unopposed and on spending significant funds in both cases.

I hope they do a plea so that the Clancy and Musgrove families don’t have to endure this a second time. They’ve been through hell already.

People overestimate how impartial and fair minded and judicial judges can be. They are human too. There is currently a family in my town that is living a nightmare. The mother has substance abuse issues. HER parents, her in-laws, an the child’s father went to court together for any of them to be granted temporary custody of the toddler after the mother was arrested for dui with the child in the car. The judge came in in a bad mood. Talking about things not even pertaining to the case. And ordered the TODDLER has to go live at the IN TREATMENT FACILITY with the mother for the next 3 MONTHS!!! When she has a dad and 4 grandparents all will to take custody either individually or shared
