I dont think people really realize that Kokomi is literally kind to everyone and tries to make everyone around her happy. Her whole act is revolving around the fact that her being the perfect pretty girl makes others happy is literally one of the core factors on why she does what she does

I think people confuse Teruhashi THINKING badly about people(and most of times it is warranted) as same as being rude, which is not case, despite all her thoughts she is nice to people(even to ones that disgust her)

Yes, it's true. and so it's hard to blame her for wanting Kusuo to behave like the others, or for making up a fake image for him in her head, or for doing everything she can to make Kusuo's behavior fit into her worldview. because everything she expects from others or thinks about herself is actually true, she doesn't live in an illusion, but simply sees the world in the most logical way for her. even if it means that she is arrogant, proud, and sometimes even cruel to others.
