She’s not guilty. She may have done it but the state didn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did. There are too many holes in the timeline and events. I think it’s more probable that her husband did it. Will 12 of us ever agree on that? Probably not. People want to blame this on someone because it’s three small children’s lives. It’s heavy stuff

I think they’re pushing for a miss trial because then if they tried this case again, all the inconsistencies are going to be even more apparent and maybe Patrick having to take the stand again is going to open up an investigation on him?
