This bothers me every time. If they’re deadlocked, they are deadlocked. It should violates the defendant’s rights to keep sending them back.

Such BS. Dreadlock two days in a row should be the answer not continously making them go back and decide over and over. That's how the jury gets irritated and just sides one way or the other so they can go home.

This is to be expected ya’ll. The law is very specific…. This ie totally normal. Deliberations have no time limit. I think the Jury wants a mistrial.

I wonder if Patrick wasn’t a white male, if this would have gone differently. Would a POC have been believed and given the same treatment? I’m not saying she didn’t do it, I don’t know I wasn’t there. What I am questioning is the response of law enforcements attitude and behavior toward Patrick be different.
