Pengukuran LiLA digunakan untuk skrining wasting dan bisa dilakukan di Posyandu maupun fasilitas kesehatan. (UNICEF Global) Tapi jangan langsung menilai hanya dari bentuk lengan ya, Bunda. Yang perlu diperhatikan bersama: 💪 LiLA rendah ⚖️ BB sulit naik, tidak naik, atau justru turun 👀 Anak tampak semakin kurus 📏 BB menurut tinggi/panjang badan rendah 🦶 Ada bengkak pada kedua punggung kaki Untuk anak 6–59 bulan, WHO menggunakan LiLA <12,5 cm sebagai salah satu kriteria alternatif wasting, sementara <11,5 cm merupakan salah satu kriteria severe wasting.
