I really like making egg rolls. I like to make all different kinds. I make the southwest egg rolls like that with avocado cilantro sauce, avocado egg rolls with honey cilantro sauce, and ground pork & shrimp egg rolls. This makes me want to make some egg rolls! I haven’t made them in a while. Those look delicious!💕

To preserve your cilantro in the fridge. Take a cup or mason jar fill with water, clip the ends of your cilantro to give fresh ends. Then put a sandwhich bag over the cilantro and jar. It keeps moisture on it while it sits in the fridge. I havve had it last for a few weeks like this.
