Boaz Alabama isn't anywhere near wheeler wildlife refuge! wheeler wildlife refuge is near Decatur Alabama about 30 miles west of Huntsville and 80 miles north of Birmingham.

The way we develop takes up unnecessary amounts of land! I’m a city person. In defense of building cities. But one of the reason cities are good is that it keeps humans from spreading out and taking up too much green space!

in Decatur Alabama they are putting in a neighborhood and shopping at the old country club golf course... no one wanted it. mallards settle in the pond and it's across the street from the wheeler wildlife refuge. pissed.

Kyle, we moved here from southern Indiana. Love and enjoy the Wheeler Wildlife Area. We are 76 and 73 and we found the Sandhills and Whooping Cranes here, just like we have in southern Indiana near Seymour In.

Come up here to Massachusetts to see what happens with overdevelopment… you folks down in Alabama have it good and it’s so easy to throw it all away. Cape Cod National Seashore was the best thing that ever happen up here…
