It will be a mistrial and if they try her again, they likely won’t find a jury that will convict. People are too split on this issue. And with what’s come out during this case, I wouldn’t be surprised if the defense goes after Patrick in the next trial. I wanted her to get life in prison since MA doesn’t have the death penalty. I HATED Lindsay. Then I watched the trial. Then I saw the evidence. And now 0% of me believes she did it

The jury is deadlocked. It is unfair to try and force them to come to a unanimous verdict. I hope all the jurors stick to their guns and beliefs, and its a hung jury/mistrial. The state absolutely failed to probe their case.

Yall forget this isnt about her killing her kids, which she did, its just about her mental state while doing it. She's still guilty of murder and admitted to it all when this court case was set up. She's just trying to get put into an institution instead of prison. Its not like they'll just let her go completely free with no repercussions.
