i think many people fail with the concept of gratitude, because they don’t understand how “bad” things can really be nor understand how much they really have. that , or they genuinely fail to think for themselves and want whatever is being fed to them .. whether that be from media, people around them, or something else outside of their genuine self. it’s the small things that really matter. quality over quantity. intention over attention.
