My thing is that if someone is going to go ahead and say guilty in the first or second-degree, that would mean that they thought she did it completely on purpose, clear headed, beyond a reasonable doubt. There is so much reasonable doubt that I don’t know how someone just sticks to their guns when it comes to guilty in the first- degree or even second degree. It’s giving they don’t know what a reasonable doubt is.

No! I couldn’t change my mind. I’d live with it for life. But, I’m also so glad I’m not on that jury because I am still conflicted. I lean toward psychosis… But there’s just so much.

Not a chance. Only way I feel like I could is it was all not guilty and I was the only guilty. That would make me question myself. But in case of LC, if I was the only innocent by reason of insanity, I’m holding out till the end of time.

For me, it would depend. Like in the LC case, I recognize the nuance surrounding it, which is why I lean toward NGRI. But I could probably be persuaded to change my vote to manslaughter because I feel like that’s somewhat of a middle ground in this lose-lose case.

I might but it would have to be a damn good argument. Like what are these people seeing that I’m not considering.

There may be 3 groups of people for all we know. I’m surprised they haven’t written what the split is.

I’m so torn on it because it’s their duty to come up with a verdict. I’m also a very stubborn person. Very conflicting😂 I’m very curious to know what charge they’re disagreeing on.
