It can not kill somebody the terminal velocity is not high enough also bullets falling don’t fall back point down they fall in there side or tumble causing more drag watch mythbusters

not true at all 😔👎 you forgot to mention the most important thing as it falls it goes end for end and sideways slowing it down much further and it doesn't have the casing on it at all so it actually won't hurt anyone👍👍👍👍
