@glawsonheals: i'm 72. but my legs feel 21 again. 👇 (read caption) 🏋️ 1. I still lift heavy, three times a week. after 50, losing muscle quietly changes everything. weaker legs, softer arms, worse posture, less confidence. add years of stress, poor sleep and daily environmental load, and it starts showing on the outside too. 🌿 2. NMN, every morning, before anything else. by 50 your cellular energy has already dropped by nearly half, and that's what shows up first — stiffness, slower recovery, less drive to train. what changed for me was the mornings. less stiffness, clearer head, better recovery after training. (you can get the exact one I take here 👉https://linktw.in/beCjAr or in my bio 🧬) 🚶 3. I walk every day, especially after meals. not for cardio. for recovery. keeps everything moving and your energy steady. 🧎 4. I get up off the floor without using my hands. every single day. if you can't do it today, start practicing. that one tells you more about the next twenty years than any blood test. 🥩 5. protein at every meal. non negotiable. muscle is the organ that holds everything else up. it doesn't maintain itself. 💤 6. same bedtime every night. everything above works if you sleep on it. all of these matter. But without number 2, none of the rest works the way it should. That one is the foundation. The others are what you build on top of it. comment AGE and i'll send you my full morning routine. follow first or it lands in requests. #strengthtraining #healthyaging #USA #NMN #strongaging
