It’s because the janitors leave the sanitation bins in the stalls to rot for so long. When I was cleaning bathrooms at my old job I’d clean them daily Caus duh. My coworker asked me one day why I went through so many mini trash bags and I explained. He goes “oh I only change them when they get full so maybe once every two weeks” 😳😳😳😳 explained the sudden flies showing up
